Where is my order?

AUTOGRAPHED EGO DEATH VINYL IS EXPECTED TO SHIP IN JANUARY 2021. FEATURING TY DOLLA VINYL RECORDS ARE EXPECTED TO SHIP 10 TO 12 WEEKS FROM YOUR PURCHASE DATE. FOR APPAREL ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 6 TO 8 WEEKS (WITH A POSSIBLE 2.5 WEEK DELAY) FROM YOUR PURCHASE DATE FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP. ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL WITH ALL THE TRACKING DETAILS.

Can I update my email address?

Yes, you will be able to update your email up until your order ships. Please reach out to Customer Support and make sure to include your Order ID in your request. If you do not know your Order ID, please provide us with the original email address or your full name and shipping address.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, within 24h of placing the order. Please reach out to Customer Support and make sure to include your Order ID and the new address in your request.

Unfortunately, we are only able to modify orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once this period has passed, your order starts the fulfillment process, and we are unable to modify your order, including the shipping address.

If you’ve moved since placing your order, you can look into setting up a forwarding address. You can also try contacting the carrier once you receive your tracking information or have a relative/neighbor pick up the package for you.

Can I modify/add items to my order?

The only way to change your order would be to cancel it within 24h of placing it (subject to availability) and have you place a new one. Please reach out to Customer Support and make sure to include your Order ID in your request.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24h of placing the order, unless it is for a digital download as their sales are final. Please reach out to Customer Support in all other cases and make sure to include your Order ID in your request.

I never got my digital download. Can you resend it?

Yes! Please reach out to Customer Support and make sure to include your Order ID in your request.

What is the quality of the digital download file?

All digital downloads purchased from this store are 256K bitrate MP3's. This compression rate balances a manageable size for downloading and high-quality audio.

Who gets to read my message?

Can I change my message? To clarify, the message you are referring to is a message that the artist can see and read when they have the time (but will not be delivered to the recipient of the order). The only way to change your message would be to cancel it (subject to availability) and have you place a new one. Please reach out to Customer Support and make sure to include your Order ID in your request.

Will items listed as Sold Out come back in stock?

Sadly, all items are limited releases, and we do not plan on launching any more of them in the near future.

Do you accept PayPal?

We currently do not support PayPal as a method of payment. We are working on potentially supporting it in the future.

What is your return policy?
